Newly built in 2006, Lomond Mews comprises three adjoining 2-storey townhouse apartments. Each apartment, located over two floors, can comfortably accommodate four people in two bedrooms, with a sofa bed for upto two further guests; up to 18 people can be accommodated by reserving all three together.

The large open plan living room has leather sofas/chairs, cable TV, DVD/CD player and wireless broadband internet. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric fan oven, gas hob, washer/drier, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and microwave.

The main bathroom has a bath with hand shower over; the master bedroom has an ensuite with walk-in shower; both have heated towel rails. Each has a private external patio. All linen and towels are provided along with a welcome pack.

Type One
Sleeps up to 6 guests in 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. En suite shower-room. Bathroom. External private terrace. Type Two

Each can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in two bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The bedrooms and bathroom/shower-room are on the ground floor (with level access); the living/kitchen/dining area is upstairs, via an internal staircase. The Area
Minutes walk from Sauchiehall Street with an array of Glasgow Restaurants, pubs and nightclubs all close at hand. Approx 5 minutes walk from the Glasgow Tenement House.

Minimum letting period is as follows:

• mid week: 2 nights.
• weekends: 3 nights.

Terms of Booking

• Booking Deposit:
  An advanced payment of 25% of the total cost of the Booking is payable by the Guest following receipt by the Guest of the Booking Confirmation. If a Booking is made less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival, then the full Booking amount is required to be paid following receipt by the Guest of the Booking Confirmation.
  
  
• Booking Balance:
  The balance of the Booking must be received by PAL not less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If the balance is not received by this date, PAL will be entitled to re-let the Apartment for the period and the deposit will be forfeited. PAL will provide notice to the Guest prior to re-letting the Apartment.

Transport from Glasgow Airport, Edinburgh Airport or Prestwick Airport can be arranged through Millennium Taxis.
