Located in Connel, one of the most picturesque villages on the West Coast of Scotland, just 5 miles from Oban. The Rowans is a modern house with views over Loch Etive to the Islands of Mull and Lismore beyond.
Oban offers the gateway to the magical Inner and Outer Hebrides with Calmac Ferries and offers trips to Mull and Iona.

Rowans has three bedrooms - two doubles and a twin bedded room. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities comprising power shower toilet and washhand basins. The house has oil fired central heating and the house is always cosy! Each room has a colour television, a radio alarm clock and a hair dryer. The two double bedrooms look out to Loch etive and the twin room looks out ot the garden

The house and most of the guest rooms look onto Loch Etive. Rowans is metres away from the Falls of Lora which is absolute amazin when the tide is out.  Glencoe, Fort William, Nevis and Crinan are all within a 45 minute drive. For kayakers, divers and anglers there is access to water just across the road. Only a minutes walk from the Oyster Inn Restaurant which has varied menu but with an emphasis on fresh local seafood

Breakfast is served in the dining room. Choose your own start to the day with a choice of Continental or full cooked breakfast.
Breakfast is served between 7:30am and 9:00am - For those with boat or train connections an earlier breakfast may be had by prior arrangement.
Departure: Rowans request that rooms are vacated by 10:00am on day of departure.
The house is strictly non smoking and pets are not permited..
