Iona Guest House is located in the south side of Ayr. It is only a
twenty - twenty five minute to either the shore (Firth of Clyde Coast) and 10 minutes walk to Ayr Central Station.
Iona Guest House in Ayr House is a Stone Built Victorian Semi-detached Villa dating from about 1860, and
the accommodation in the spacious rooms reflects the gracious life-style of
that period. It was extended around 1900 to provide more accommodation, and
has, of course, been fully modernised, with full Central Heating and Double
Glazed Windows, but many of the original features like the Ornate Plaster
Cornicing and Ceiling Roses have been preserved. Our aim is to make our guests feel at home,
where a warm welcome awaits everyone.
Iona Guest House Ayr is a Grand Victorian bed
roomed home which has a variety of rooms available e.g 2 Single, Double
(en-suite) &
Twin rooms (en-suite). All of our rooms are have Colour TVs, Hairdryers, Clock Radio Alarms,
and Shaver Points. Welcome trays with Biscuits, Tea and Coffee
are provided in each room Iona Guest House is the perfect location to
relax weather your heading for Alloway & South Ayrshire or need a location
close to the Town centre.
