22 comfortable well-appointed, expertly serviced en suite bedrooms to suit all types of guests, all serviced to the highest of standards and non-smoking. Each room is individually, simply yet very tastefully decorated using the high quality fabrics and furnishings to ensure your comfort and relaxation. And expect a very flexible approach to your room requirements, with fluffy towels and extra bedding as standard. The clear pure air here also helps to guarantee a great night’s sleep.

You will be offered prices for standard bedrooms but if none are available or you ask for specific type of room then prices will be supplied subject to availability..
The Albany also offer smaller, single, double and twin bedrooms. These bedrooms are ideal for economy, and one night stays - small single room 4, small twin room 3 and small double rooms 1 and 14 have all the facilities of our standard rooms but in a slightly smaller package, this is reflected in their lower rate. Our small single room 4 and small twin room 3 are on the second floor with views of North Street and St Andrews University. Small double room 1 is on the second floor and overlooks the walled Garden and small double room 14 is on the 1st floor and overlooks North Stree. The small doubles are ideal rooms for single occupancy.

Garden
one of the few St Andrews town centre hotels with a delightful little split level, landscaped beer garden, patio and ‘alfresco’ dining area – most attractively adorned, certainly a credit to some of the lovely gardens in and around St Andrews - notably the nearby St Andrews Botanic Garden. The gardens at the Albany St Andrews - an ideal contrast and complement to the attractive public rooms at the hotel.
