 There is a special rank that is laid aside for pre-booked hires at the front terminal, which is 
just directly across from the public taxi rank, it is marked as the "TAXI MEETING POINT". 
This is the area where you will be picked up unless there is another part of the front terminal
that you wish to be met or if you have a "MEET & GREET" arranged !
