Clint Lodge is a country house situated near Melrose in Scotland UK and offers top class accommodation on a bed & breakfast basis for individuals, families or private small conferences in luxurious surroundings. Guests can enjoy the rural splendour of this newly refurbished nineteenth century sporting lodge, but stay within easy access of the major Scottish Border towns.

The bright and spacious drawing room has an open log fire, and for those sunnier days there is an adjoining sun lounge from which to enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Guests can enjoy a meal in the atmospheric dining room with it's welcoming log burner; or a stroll in the large garden, which is also available to cottage guests.

Traditional features have been lovingly restored such as the old wooden and tiled floors, original fireplaces and wood surrounds, all adding to Clint Lodge's appealing and relaxing atmosphere.

Bedrooms
There are five bedrooms to let - Four have en-suite bathroomClint Lodge Guest House  St Boswells facilities, two with original deep-fill baths. One of the twin rooms has a private bathroom. Beautifully decorated, we have four rooms with either twin or super king size beds and one single room. All are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and televisions.

WIFI is available throughout the house.

Major guest rooms are front facing, capturing the morning sunshine and the panoramic view across the typical Scottish Borders countryside from the meandering River Tweed, across St. Boswells Golf Course to the distant Cheviot hills.

 

Weddings
Clint Lodge is the perfect venue for a unique and memorable wedding day. It's an idyllic setting with panoramic views across the River Tweed and the beautiful Scottish Borders countryside.

They can hold your wedding ceremony here at Clint Lodge in the house itself or in the beautiful garden grounds. Followed by a reception for your guests.

We shall cater for your special day using the freshest local produce and finest wines and of course you will not be short of settings for those all important wedding photographs in the pictureque gardens.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all, you and your guests can have exclusive use of the main lodge and the cottage in the grounds.
