Blair, dating back to 1105, is the oldest continually inhabited mansion house in Scotland that has not been rebuilt, and is still privately owned by descendants of the founding family. It has been lovingly restored to a five star standard and is yours alone to enjoy throughout your stay. The House can be used as exclusive use for either 1 night to long term. Blair Estate has 14 beautiful bedrooms, all with their own bathroom facilities. Each bedroom is individually furnished with antiques collected by the family over the generations. Blair House can sleep from 8 to 25 guests and, should you need extra accommodation, The Stables and The Carriage House can accommodate a further 12 people. The Stables may be taken independently as self-catering accommodation.

There is a 58-seater restaurant at the back of the pub that is contemporary and modern with excellent service and decor.
