Bonsyde House Hotel in Linlithgow near Edinburgh, an attractive Country House which is a Grade 2 listed building dating back to the nineteenth century.

This is a privately run hotel, quality accommodation, Conservatory Restaurant, and the promise of a warm welcome in a relaxing and pleasant environment. . In addition to offering comfortable and conveniently located accommodation for holiday visitors to this part of Scotland, they are ideally equipped to cater for weddings, celebration occasions and both small and large business conferences.

Bonsyde House Hotel offers guests a choice of accommodation in eight stylish bedrooms, from singles to family rooms for four people. There are also four modern studio apartments accommodating four people in two bedrooms. All of the rooms have en-suite facilities, TV, direct dial telephones and tea/coffee tray. In addition the apartments have contemporary-styled living areas and fully equipped kitchens. All rooms have been individually and carefully decorated to a high standard so that you can be assured of comfortable accommodation and attractive surroundings throughout the hotel.

One of the hotel's outstanding features is the Conservatory Restaurant, which gives diners the opportunity to relax over a meal while enjoying marvellous views over Linlithgow and its famous Palace.


Cottages

The hotel has several holiday cottages that can be booked as self catering or as hotel accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis. Set in the grounds of the hotel, these 4 star graded cottages are architecturally designed to blend in with the hotel and reflect Scottish design criteria. The cottages form a terrace with each having it's individual screened patio space to the rear. Accommodating a maximum of 4 (and an infant in a cot), these very spacious cottages have been fitted to a high standard. Downstairs, the living/dining area is open plan with laminate wood flooring, leather settees and co-ordinated furniture.

Each boasts 35-channel TV, DVD and CD player, as well as a selection of books and board games. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with integrated fridge and dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, hob and microwave. The cupboards hold all the items normally found in any household kitchen. There are two bedrooms upstairs - a double and a twin. Both bedrooms are very spacious and also have large wardrobes/cupboards. All bedlinen, towels, tea towels, supplies for the dishwasher and washing machine and electricity are included in the cost. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome (please bring own bedding).
