The apartments are situated within the former sheriff court building, first built in 1842 and recently renovated. The building is situated in an ideal location between George Square and the Merchant City in the Heart of Glasgow G1, with Queen Street and Central Station both 5-10 minutes walk away. The main shopping areas of The Italian Centre, Buchanan Street, Argyle Street, The Buchanan Galleries and Prince's Square are all only minutes walk away. The surrounding area boasts a host of cafes, bars and restaurants.

The apartments are all one bedroom and consist of a lower floor, housing a cloakroom / toilet, fully fitted kitchen, living area with leather sofa and dining area. The double bedroom with king-sized bed and separate shower room occupy the upper level. Clients have access to a private roof top garden.
