Location
Located on Argyle Street just up from Finniston Street and only 10 / 15 minuites walk in every direct to the following. To the east is Charing Cross Glasgow city, to the west is the Kelvingrove Museum and Glasgow University and to the south from the S.E.C.C, Glasgow Science Center and the Imax Cinema to name but a few.

The apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a modern building in a fantastic part of the city. The building has security entry and an elevator and provides easy access for all ages. There is a secure private parking space in a gated car park at the rear of the building.

The south facing views across the city means the apartment stays light and warm although there is an easy-to-use central heating system when a little chilly.

There are two large bedrooms.
The master bedroom has an en suite shower room with large shower cabin and mains fitted shower. The bedroom has plenty of door and wardrobe space and also enjoys views south.
The second bedroom has twin beds, plus ample storage and views south also over the Clyde’s landmark buildings such as the Clyde Auditorium.

The living space is very spacious leads to a balcony where you can appreciate the view fully.
The living area contains, L-shaped sofa, 32” digital TV with free view cable channels, DVD, Ipod docking station with wall controls throughout and modern dining table with four chairs. Theres also a beautiful Sun trap balcony for great views across the city

The kitchen area is modern with granite work surfaces and contains integrated appliances – fridge, freezer, dishwasher plus washer/dryer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. There are pots, pans, plates and everything you need during your stay.

There is a further bathroom which contains bath with shower over, and is fitted with a designer white ROCA suite throughout.

The hardwood flooring through the main living areas gives the apartment a luxury feel, and there is an Ipod docking station in the hall cupboard which has surround speakers placed throughout the apartment ceilings, and can be operated by slick wall controls.

The Area
The building is quiet and mainly residential, but Argyle Street is fast becoming one of Glasgow’s cool spots. With just 100m you have a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants – Crabshak, Lebowskis, Ben Nevis, Ivy, The Goat, Firebird to name but a few. You are only 5 minutes walk from at least 2 great restaurants "mr Singh Indian restaurant", "The Sisters" a modern Scottish Restaurant amd Sutherlands Restaurant to name but a few. There are also a number of coffee shops where you can enjoy the atmosphere before taking a stroll through Kelvingrove Park: just a few minutes away. There is a TESCO express located just next to the building.

This apartment allows you to walk into the City Centre or Byres Road and the affluent Glasgow Westend, Kelvin Grove Art Galleries in a similar amount of time – 15 minutes, and yet both are in opposite directions. So you are nestled in the perfect spot to enjoy all of Glasgow’s attractions and huge selection of Glasgow Restaurants & Glasgow Shopping.

There is a meet and greet service on all apartments. Check in is between 4 and 8pm but they will always try to allow access earlier if requested subject to availability. This apartment will require a security payment of £100 which is fully refundable and is payable once your booking is confirmed by Cityflats and your none refundable 10% deposit.
