Annandale Arms Hotel is located in the heart of Moffat Town and only a relaxed 10 minute drive off the M74/M6 motorway. This small lively is a smart family run hotel that offers a level of comfort and service that is regarded as main priority. With just sixteen bedrooms it retains an intimate atmosphere and yet has been the focus of Moffat town centre since 1760

Bedrooms
Most bedrooms overlook the private courtyard at the rear of the hotel and away from the bustle of Moffat High Street, enjoy some well deserved peace and tranquillity.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms and the majority have both bath and shower. To ensure a comfortable night sleep, there are pocket sprung mattresses on the beds All rooms include the following;.

Most of the rooms are non smoking though they do have some rooms on the ground floor that are smoking rooms. The hotel ask "do not smoke in non smoking rooms as it takes at least two days for the smell of smoke to clear and it is our policy to charge for these two days".
