Rats Magic Self catering is a small charming, traditional end terrace railway cottage, close to the centre of Aviemore ... The cottage was built in 1905 and has been modernised to include a spacious open plan kitchen and dining room with a view of the Caingorms. It is a cosy and comfortable self catering cottage situated by the railway line. This has a charming effect; the infrequent rumble of the trains providing much entertainment

There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed and has a private television. The second smaller double bedroom has fitted wardrobes. The third compact bedroom is a twin with bunkbeds. Bed linen is provided. The Living room has a TV, Video and DVD. WiFi internet access is also available, bring your own laptop.
