Muckrach Hotel Dulnain Bridge is a 14 Bedroom Dulnain Bridge Hotel located on the main route out of the village heading to Carrbridge.       The Muckrach Hotel has a small tree lined driveway into the ground winding up the hill into the hotel car park.   Once inside it looks like one of those traditional Scottish hotels that the tourist just love to stay in, you just know there must be a big welcoming fire in the main relaxation area.  

Bedrooms:

The family rooms will comfortably accommodate families of four or more, and all of our rooms are beautifully appointed and have the following;

• radios
• TV
• hair dryer
• tea and coffee making facilities including freshly ground coffee
• complimentary biscuits.

They fall into five categories:
Single -These are cosy rooms with single beds and an en-suite shower room Bijoux Double It means 'jewels' in French, but we take the adopted, estate agent meaning of 'small yet perfectly formed'.
A small double or twin room - with an en-suite bathroom and shower over A bijoux bedroom at a bijoux price!
Superior Double - A large double or twin room, with a separate seating area and an en-suite bathroom. These rooms are all equipped with wide screen TVs and DVD players and bathrobes.
Deluxe Double - These rooms have been recently refurbished to a very high standard and offer all the amenities of a superior room as wwell as comfortable seating, king sized doubles or four poster beds, wall mounted flat screen TVs and DVD players.
Family Rooms and Suites - Our suites are able to sleep four or more in two big rooms within the accommodation. Some have an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom and some have one large, family bathroom. The facilities are as for a superior double.

The Castle Suite is a two bedroom suite on the second floor. It consists of a superking bedroom with ample seating and a second twin bedroom. It is ideal for families. The Dulnain Suite is across the lawn in the steading building. It has a king size double or twin bedroom upstairs and a lounge which can convert to a second bedroom downstairs. In addition, The Dulnain is fully equipped for wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility. The Bothy is a deluxe suite that can easily take three people, two in the first floor superking bedroom and one on the deluxe sofabed in the lounge.

During our stay at the hotel we have to admit it, we found the staff very hospitable and welcoming.    If you arrive late at night, the hotel will open the bar for you with the offer of a little small beverages, especially for those people who have been running about touring and in need a bit of relaxation, just ask Francis & Mr Peter Bray.   The Muckrach hotel was one of the hotels used in an Entire Scotland 5 day Scottish Distillery tour. The two singles rooms that were offered, was compact and warm, both ensuite, not the biggest single rooms we have ever stayed in but they are perfect for a single person staying at the hotel.   The breakfast was a basic traditional Scottish breakfast but the evening meals was a fantastic high standard using the local Scottish produce, a bit too high class for our driver but Mr Bray was in his element.   This hotel is graded as a 4 star hotel by the Scottish tourist Board and all bedrooms in the Muckrach Hotel Dulnain Bridge have their own private en-suite, colour television, tea & coffee making facilities.
