Aviemore Cottages provides superior quality self catering family holiday accommodation within the heart of the Scottish Highlands in the newly formed Cairngorms National Park.
Just off the A9, Aviemore provides an excellent central base for a plethora of outdoor activities from skiing on the Cairngorm to searching for Nessie

The three cottages are:
81 Dalnabay - a 2 bedroom, detached bungalow which can accommodate 5 people and is situated in the exclusive Dalnabay area of Aviemore. The modern house, which recently has been refurbished, is tastefully decorated with all the comforts of modern living along with a colourful heather garden and secluded patio area with views of the Cairngorms. There is a spacious lounge/dining room furnished with 2 comfy leather sofas, log effect electric fire, colour TV, DVD, VCR, portable CD player and a bay window with views of the mountains. There is also a wide selection of DVD movies and board games to assist with relaxation. There is a double bedroom and a twin room containing full size bunks and a occasional bed is also provided. Fitted carpets throughout

93 Dalnabay - is a lovely 2 bedroom bungalow which can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It is nestled in a quiet residential area within the village itself and is only a 10 minute walk from Aviemore’s main facilities. The property has 1 double and 1 twin room with a beautiful recent refurbished fitted kitchen. Mod cons are all on hand including microwave, oven, hob & extractor, washing machine and full size fridge/freezer. As you will see from our pictures the bathroom is very contemporary with bath, vanity unit and electric power shower. It even boasts a remote control heated towel rail.

Aspen - is a stunning two bedroom self catering apartment situated in the exclusive residential area at Lochan Mor, Aviemore. Aviemore is the activity capital of the Highlands centred in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park which is Britain’s largest National Park. The property is approximately 10 minutes walking distance or a short drive to the resort centre and within easy reach of all local amenities and visitor attractions. Aspen 198 offers a quality self contained apartment including:

• Fully fitted and equipped kitchen
• Open lounge overlooking the stunning mountain range
• Double bedroom with ensuite
• Second bedroom with twin arrangement and separate bathroom

The accommodation is ideal for 4 to 5 people and is finished to a high standard with contemporary furnishings and equipment.
